If you are an endurance athlete and you have not used Hammer products yet I would recommend to look into Hammer Nutrition. They're products and education on how/when/why to use them are 1st rate. This is a great recovery drink though I have to say I'm not fond of the new strawberry flavor. Prefer the melon flavor but that's a personal choice! -- Great Recovery Drink
